The AV Firm believes in empowering women to pursue a career in the A/V industry. Whether you are interested in receiving a grant for education or equipment or just want a few questions answered, we support you. 

  • How do I qualify?

    • Are a female interested in pursuing a career in the A/V industry? Are you currently working in the A/V industry? Great! You qualify for a grant. 

  • Equipment Grants

    • The AV Firm provides grants to use towards the purchase or repair of your audio/visual equipment. 

  • Education Scholarship

    • DePaul University Theater School in Chicago & Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, focuses on preparing individuals for careers in A/V. The AV Firm will provide scholarship funding towards your degree, regardless of where you attend. 

  • Mentorship Opportunities 

    • The AV Firm believes in creating a more diverse professional A/V landscape. We’d love to mentor you to help you reach your career goals.
